JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Mark D. Sell formed the executive recruitment firm, Sell
& Associates, in 1992. From the day the firm opened its
doors, it has retained a strong and diverse base of
business.

Sell earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from
Otterbein College, located in Westerville, Ohio. He
began his professional career with the international
accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick, where he earned
his CPA Certificate.

After KPMG, Sell accepted a position in the health care
market as an account executive with Honeywell. He
spent approximately two years in this position before
leaving to begin Sell & Associates in 1992.

Jamie Bliss earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting
from the University of Dayton.

Bliss began his professional career with the international
accounting firm of Ernst & Young. While with the firm, he
managed client relations in several industries and earned
his CPA Certificate.

After approximately five years with Ernst & Young, Bliss
accepted his current position with Sell & Associates in
2000.
